Kilglan

Kilglan is an original novel in Interlingua, set in the aftermath of the Umayyad conquest of Visigothic Spain. It follows Turismundo, the sole survivor of a Visigothic army destroyed by the forces of Ayyub al Aziz ibn Habib ibn Musa, who stumbles wounded into Kilglan, a hidden village that has remained undiscovered since Roman times, still following its own Celtic god, Neton, under the guidance of its young priestess, Aretaunin. An ancient prophecy tied to her role begins to unfold around his arrival, setting the two of them on a journey that carries them far from Kilglan, across the sea, and into a conflict neither of them expected to face together.
